Been playing with PYFA working up some fits for the Vexor Navy Issue geared towards Alpha toon use. Have come up with two viable fits.

The shield version gets a bit more DPS and will cost a bit less due to the T2 rigs in the armor version but either will work for a max skilled Alpha toon. Use whichever ‘flavor’ you like best.
1 version is only good vs angels, even then adaptive instead of explosive will suit you better.
2nd one is outright bad as you once again make angel killer but didnt plux explo hole, which is angel main damage type.
Also with no way to aggro targets both fits will suffer to neutral groups shreding drones.
p.S. Why oversized AB, even for farming anomalies it is hardly required.
not necessarly. against serpentis I orbit ~700m/s and it’s ok, only frig hit me.

should be capstable for you, have better tracking, speed, damage.
I only put the polycarbon rig because I think this one is not really known, but you can put the rigs you want. Consider thought that, without good rigging skills, the shield rigs will bloom your sig, thus may actually reduce your tank.

And it Works very well with Forsaken Hub.
IIRC angels deal more explosive/kinetic damage than em/therm, thus shields have natural better resistances.
Thus, using shield’s passive rep would have better results.
This is my fit for forsaken’s when I wanna be AFK for almost all of it.
