The Big Blue Escalation

I was doing an Angel Vigil combat site and received an escalation for “The Big Blue.” After warping to the system and clearing the first stage of “The Big Blue.” I received the 2nd stage of the escalation. However the Escalation does not show in my Agency window?

Is there anyway to fix this or am I just SOL?

Because a popup showed up after i killed the trigger for the 2nd stage of the escalation.

Which does also happen when the escalation “leads to a dead-end”
