I like the occasional mystery. No one knows what it means, but it gets the people going. That aside, learn adapt and overcome. Eve will teach you to become resillient. Or you can stay ignorant and complain on the forums. Why not rephrase it into a “Best practices after the resource changes.”?

Why would you possibly want to be happy about rubbish? Because of people like you we keep receiving rubbish and happiness is hard to achieve. Thanks for preventing us from becoming happy.

The best practice after the resource change is to start mining in adjacent wormholes once all local anomalies are gone… but wormholes are so scary because of no local, so people continue with the 2nd best practice, which is whining on forums.
