I thought Aiko only ganks those who pay her. If that’s the case, buying a mining permit will get you ganked. So not buying one keeps you safe.
Where do you see me stating he paid it for a permit? 
The evidence at hand supports my position on this topic.
I don’t know why you insist on making me repeat myself. Buying mining permits does nothing to stop one from getting ganked. It only increases the chance that you will be. Even SAFETY and CODE have stated this openly and honestly.
