Its his event, and his definition. So you can argue with him that it isnt Anti-gankings job to stop ganks from happening and saving victims.

Well, you might be right but the baseline needs to be set somewhere and at a level that balances fairness to the participants AND me for both risk, reward and effort. If the barrier to entry is any lower, then people will just start farming with fast-clock frigates and a 10K pew-pews.
I am not arguing with the OP as this is his event and he runs it how he wants and his view was quite right on requiring the players to stop them from ganking to get payment in my opinion. For example all my kills were catching gankers on the way to their target and as such I prevented ganks and saved people by definition while he had to go back and re-ship.
I am arguing with you for this statement:
AG oppose gankers, that is it, your bluster and misinformation is just incorrect. To make it clear Anti-Gankers are players that chose to oppose Gankers. I am currently tiling my en-suite so am not hunting atm, but the group that I am with are currently opposing a ganker who is war decking structure holders.
As far as I am concerned loot denial is the only thing that works against hauler gankers. In terms of Tornado gankers I merely have to turn up at a gate with a HIC and they log off and give up. I get no kills but it is very effective, shows how little you know!

He’s bracketed by two kills in Lonetrek and I didn’t look close enough…not the end of the word. Also the rules are (ATM) that zero damage so even if it was a legit kill I would have paid-out.

I consider it as kinda sorta safe to assume that this person is atleast a friend of Anti-ganking, if not a member of the anti-ganking community.
And yet, his view is that it is your job to stop them.
Now, you may disagree with him, but my position as an unbiased outside observer is that I see someone who is affiliated with Anti-ganking, saying that the job of anti-ganking is to stop ganks.
So if someone who is so closely tied to your organization has this misconception, then you cant blame someone who isnt tied to your organization to have the same misconception based off of the information provided by the very person this person thinks is tied to that organization.

No, I said you are a fool for defining AG strategy based on this competition. You are a fool period.

It is a competition, not AG strategy which is mainly focussed on loot denial. Now if you want to sprout nonsense then feel free, but I will just laugh at you, like I did above.
