I am thinking, what is the meaning of harm for machine, if it can be rebuild, could that be loss of data? But what about other degrees of it? Without artificial intelligence knowing what human existence is and how power can be used to change it… but then again, who stops ai from doing what it wants, having free will of sorts. Logical thinking doesnt have to be actually prosocial.

What do you mean by meaning of harm?
Also, machine interpreter are not designed for meaning, but rather with physiological and physical reaction only functioning by logic.
It can also detects malfunction and report it, and it can design systems to repair it.
Who stops AI from doing what it wants, having free will of sorts.
It doesn’t.

You would need more details and a higher level of accuracy to make it work more, but , even though that maybe is not the best start, it is still feasible, despite political consequences.
Don’t get me wrong, the army is responsible for caring for global security, and if and when machine fails, have to “fix” it for our own good.
Not surprising when weapons are made with AI.

If the courts seek to forfeit my work, which, even though it’s good, they don’t care, and try to get away with use of law to harm my good work, then the harm is not legal, even though it is done by law and legal entity.
The law is wrong, and the legal entity is wrong too.
Of course, the work , to be good in this case, needs to be more morally ethical than the legal entity which seeks the forfeiture, but that is besides the point.

It doesn’t justify trying to create laws to forfeit good work, and use the discrediting to credit themselves with it.
That makes their money fraudulent and useless to accept, like terrorism.
Of course, they feel threatened when there is no threat, and they justify it by monopolizing security services to people they are obligated to protect.
However, they do a great disservice to society by interfering against the benefit which would be brought to them, if they didn’t try to get credit for creating false threats.
At the same time, real threats go not being dealt with, and the damage to society occurs from the omission.
You can lose a soldier, 2 soldiers, a squad, a platoon, a regiment, an army, a battle, a war, all those are harm.
AI is not an army, AI was created from armies.
God is more powerful than army / ies, and allies, who are victor.

To survive, we have to go elsewhere, and towards Mars and beyond.

I didn’t watch the whole 49 minutes video yet, but there is a lot of propaganda in it, as do most businesses.

It wouldn’t matter how much I invest, it would not work if I didn’t use an agent to do it there.
Even my sister who is a license physician since 1992 or 1990 knows and is more than witness.
They do get paid over 1 million over 20 years, and over 4 million, and don’t care.
They don’t mention much about conflicts in it, or why it would be obligatory or created from them and how.
It’s definitely a psychological aspect of that education market.

If we didn’t have pain then some people would put their hand into fire and watch it burn.
Pain is what protects us, even from ourselves. For a machine would pain have to be implemented as a sensory system, which can intercept normal operations to protect the machine from damage.
Adrenaline can make us feel less pain. For a machine would adrenaline have to be implemented as a control system, which allows for it to regulate the pain threshold.
Now, you talk about rebuilding, but we do actually heal and our body can rebuild itself for small injuries. For larger injuries do we help each other, i.e. through surgery.
A machine can then not trust always to get rebuild. When a machine fails too often then its owner may decide to throw it away. A machine would therefore be better off to mimic pain and to avoid damage before it can occur.
