well, you can try to make people be marginalized to be homeless,

To try to cover it up by inducing them to brain damage and think they won’t find out because they have brain injuries, and then, try to cover it up, because they think or argue that their brain injuries is going to interfere against their ability to be able to analyse the problem, while they try to divert from the fact, and try to justify those injuries to be caused to them, is 2 different things.
The brain injury inducing can be against the Geneva convention since it is a bad medical treatment to potential prisoner of war if there is a psychological warfare to be justified, or not, depending.
Nonetheless, there are plenty of tools which can prove this, and Artificial Intelligence systems not only able to store the proof and scientific and mathematical proof of those brain damage inducing systems, but also how they are implented and how much money is being made with them, as they try to control and interfere against the income of the parties they try to marginalize.
Those tools can be used for valid military application for self-defense and national defense and defense of allies, perfectly legally, and the interference against those systems can be recorded and used in court against the perpetrators of those facts.
It’s also unfair for parties to insinuate and suggest that those with the brain damage can’t find and prove how the damage is done to them, and to try to justify to refuse to hear evidence of damage done to them, as attempts to justify to cause such damage to them is attempted to be enforced and implemented against them in courts.
It’s not like if they can’t prove how parties try to cause damage, because they think that their target can’t find or prove how they are being attacked, and lie to them about peace and public order, which is not public order, and is in fact violation of peace.
Just to say that they don’t want to hear about it, and attempting to suggest that it’s legal for them to refuse evidence of those fact is not going to make it impossible for those with the damage to prove it.
In fact, they should be able to prove they were bring refused and how , and there should be investigation about the additional damage that it being caused to them by the refusal by the authorities in charge and who should be held responsible for being in charge for refusing to fulfill their legal duties towards society while getting paid for it and misrepresenting themselves as being of good character and misinterpreting what it is to be of good character by making false definition of what it is, in attempts to cover for others to associate with them to cause the same damage to others they decide without valid rights to do so.
