Interesting pictures. Also. Are you sure it’s a tree? The thing is growing very fast.

Pretty sure. It have leafs like birch and when you say its growing fast, its a birch. They grow wery fast, few years and you can have small forest and mushrooms growing under those trees.

In spring before leafs sprout out from the branches if you cut one branch at the end, it will leak water, you can hang a bottle and the water that sips into it will be fairly sweet. It is sold here too in shops.

1- what an awesome hair & braid
2- logarithms are just a complicated way to express something already messy :fearful:

(Disclaimer: my abbility to understand mathematics ended around the time we started algebraics. My brain is strongly hardwired to consider “x” as the frist letter in “xilophone” and to hell with whatever “x” is meant to be…).

Logarithm are related to base and conditions for a set system.
So, for psychology, logarithm can greatly be improved as to the level of integration that they can be included in psychology, since, the current equations used for this branch of science does not include so much of it.

It’s more derived from judgment, and approval of such judgment.
The same for IQ (Intellectual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient, related to Emotional Intelligence) and so on.
EQ doesn’t include attacks on emotions and attacks against emotions, which induce to illness, and systems designed to prevent it and so on.

The same is true for Sociology, which is also a science, and Psychiatry, which uses Psychology as it’s science for medicine, although that Medicine in itself is a science, and that Psychiatrist are Physicians.
(Physician is related to the level of Physics and Physiology which is included in Medicine.)

The Physician Oath is also related to Ethics, which is a branch of law, and related to Malpractice.

Psychology includes comparative studies between people, and so, is based on findings from large samples of people, therefore making calculations out of those large set and studies of those samples of people to devise conclusion and analysis for people.
Psychoanalysis is the study of psychological factors related to people.
Psychoanalysis does require analysis skills and systems analysis skills can be extremely efficient for that.
Psychology is also important for psychoanalysis, even though it can be more important, and is mostly more important.
Most psychoanalyst study Psychology first, than expand into analysis and systems analysis, not the other way around; such as graduating and practicing in systems analysis first, and then, graduating in psychology or psychiatry.
Psychoanalysis is a branch of psychiatry, and not psychology in and of itself.

The base and context related to psychology, which leads to the result ,
is the condition the individual is.
It is not related to the condition groups are in, even though the conditions each of the individuals are in those groups does matter, and, in fact, are analysed, to find the result.
Conditions of groups is more related to Sociology.
Political Science does use Sociology as well, although lots of speculation are formulated, and, the scientific proof of those speculations is not based on what most science do.

Maybe because of the first boss? It was ludicrously tough without the trick and ludicrously easy with the trick*…

the trick

Buy the augmentation that fires all around you (maybe they call it mines?) Whatever the name, it has AoE and a few shots will kill EVERY boss in the game if you just keep it within the effect radius.

Meanwhile, I just collected another story from the “bad AI ideas of all time”. I’m doing my faction quest and it requres my guys (the Riftborn) being at peace for 20 turns. Right the next turn, this idiot Vodyani zealot declares holy war, a crusade or whatever on poor little me. WTF?

Turns out the Vodyani are a special race; they don’t live on planets but on giant spaceships called Arks. Arks pop very nicely once you have access to battleship-sized ships, and once all their Arks are gone…

Like, was it worth it, St Chaoiver? Admittedly the first battle in the war was a amssacre. My cruiser-sized ships were no match for your battleship-sized ships. And oh then you just outnumbered my first battleship defense fleet and kicked their asses… but didn’t finish the job, my reninforcments arrived, I assigned a hero and once the fleet was assembled and began to counterstrike the Vodyani empire collapsed like a house of cards, one system/Ark at a time. I didn’t even needed to research Carriers.

And now I’m off to bed. Nighties lovelies!

Also: the music on Endless Space 2 is very cool. This theme kind of reminds me of “Light of the Seven” from the GoT soundtrack:

Whew, finished it. Now I remember why I stopped playing it earlier. The maze of location in china was really disappointing, but when I got thru it, the game got faster, and straightforward, without walking in circles having impressions of developers artificially lengthening the game by putting necessity to get thru labyrintine corridors before getting into action.

I did not save humanity from itself. For good and bad. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
