Only a doctor can answer that. Guessing and potentially coming to a wrong conclusion might prevent you from seeking the proper measures to handle it and could lead to the situation worsening so all you can do is wait for what the doctor says and maybe get another doctor check upon it too just to be sure as sometimes even doctors make mistakes so never a bad idea to get a second doctor’s assessment as well.
Now you’ve said the secret part out loud. The first rule is never reveal it to the unaware, never talk about it. Now the mods will be aware of it and who knows what happens as a result.
