I donât think one can bot on the forum. At least I wouldnât see the point of it.
Thatâs how I felt while playing Farming Simulator 22. After an hour I stopped, saying âThis is pointlessâ.
I canât help it. Iâm a social creature.

Start reading this thread all the way back from a little above the midpoint of this thread.
Youâll notice a few things:
- She repeats the same 15-20 things over and over again.
- Stock responses. Never speaks in a coherent manner.
- Posts the same AI slop-made 10 images over and over again.
- Never gives likes back while receiving them all the time.
- Tries to seduce men, demanding them to give her ISK not unlike those automated 24/7 begging bot chars in Jita local.
- Inconsistencies galore of the details she gives when she very rarely (like 0.5% of her entire posts) speaks coherently.
Either she really needs help, or is an intricate, complex AI bot set up by a computer wizard to farm likes on an alt.

Frankly, I have no idea of the proper explanation. My personal take is that saints (not just saints, even specific sculptures depicting them) are like a delegation. You donât speak to the owner of the business, you speak to that manager whoâs known to care about your business with the divine. An easy instance, Saint Lucia is patron of eyesight. So you have an eyesight issue and you might pray to her so the big man lends you a hand -or not, because itâs all his will- so whatever happens, at least you tried. Why donât pray to God himself? You can too, but itâs one big god for one little issue of yours, and who you are? Godâs beer buddy?
Thatâs how I see it.
The funny thing is that Iâm not even a practicing christian, I was baptized because ~tradition~ and thatâs all. Never confirmed nor whatever else are the steps into willingly becoming a Christian. Personally I hope there is no afterlife and decided at a relatively early life that the god adults used to talk about, either didnât exist or was an a-hole, and have stuck with the non-existence interpretation.
And yet, each now and then I go and pray to the saint who our family has agreed that helped us when the going got tough and we had to endure one hell of âinterestingâ times.
It doesnât do harm to be incoherent and thank the non-existent for the goodâŠ
And now Iâm off to bed and will post an old picture as a standalone message in case this devolves into a conversation on a controversial topic.

Oh, okay, I think I get it. The saints are simply lesser gods with a very small domain, and you pray to them instead so capital-G God doesnât have to bother with the minutiae. Thank you for explaining it so clearly.

Nobody knows in any religion, there are beliefs, cant falsify anything, cant prove anything. Thats the whole point of religion and believing.
If you can verify a belief, then it is not religion anymore. Metaphysics is not physics. Metaphysics can influence how we construct physics theories, but everything that can be verified will fall into domain of physics.
Something not entirely understood, because of how limited human understanding is, will be metaphysical. When it will be more understood and knowledge can be grasped, it wil be physics. Experimentation is shifting the knowns and unknowns.
For every human mind what is the metaphysical varies. There are known unknowns and unknown unknowns. Maybe there are some people who believe in something that will be verifiable, what is seen today as unbelievable even.
I believe that everything is predetermined and we canât change even miniscule thing about future, like we cant do that about past. My belief stems from our lack of understanding how the world and mind works on the most basic, unknown yet levels, but somehow there is only one outcome in the grand scale. I believe it is all as such in the most miniscule scale in our minds, and our knowledge of that potential fact would change nothing. When we talk about probabilities, that means we do not yet fully grasp what is going on. If we would, it would change nothing. We could only observe effects of our interactions but these interactions are effect of other interactions that would happen outside of our ability to manipulate them.
Interactions human mind cant calculate, or even the best ever known computers would be unable to, constrained with being build on top of the worlds unknown infrastructure.
As advanced as we are, we are still primitive. I think it will stay that way, despite if our limited knowledge will be expanded even 10fold.
Look at capsuleers, we still cant supress our urges to bash each other heads even when we reached stars.

Pushing a shopping trolley home today a neighbour asked if I am having a party 
I looked T him his eyes 
looking at what I had loaded in my trolley.
I looked at him, looked at my trolley load and paused until he looked me in the eyes. I said nah mate this is just my regular and tomorrow is Australia Day.
I offered he could come round but he didnât seem interested. I guess he wondered if there was a party happening and he hadnât heard anything about it.
