I never had goat cheese until I moved to Missouri and went to an Amish farm. Now Iām addicted.

Goat cheese is good, better in my opinion than a lot of the cow cheeses. Though I do like provolone cheese. When I lived in Arkansas there was a farmer that made his own cheeses from both goat and cow milk blend. It was actually quite good.

Here in Spain even three-milk cheeses are a thing (cow, sheep & goat in different proportions), but I donāt like cheese in generalā¦
