Anna Duncan was one of the ā€œIsadorablesā€, a ballet team started by famous dancer Isadora Duncan and which had a troubled history too long to summarize here.

My morning had started off way cooler than the usual morning by watching a YouTube on how to make your own Whey or close to it via using lemon and whole milk.

It’s really way too cool to be focused this healthy Whey but after watching the how to make Whey I had figured that that’s a cool and easy way to make Whey.

Milk in pot place on stove with medium setting and allow to reach the perfect temperature 85-90 degrees C (185 -195f)

This way you can see small bubbles form on the milk around the circumference of the pot, take pot off hot plate then pour in fresh squeezed lemon juice and give it a stir.

Allow this to sit on the cold part of the stove with a pot lid and leave for 20 to 30 minutes.

The Curds at the top can be strained off which btw is way cool to do and the liquid is your Whey.

Though the protein content is or would be no higher than the amount of protein in the whole milk used for making this Whey.

This method is one way and currently I am reading about another super cool way to make my own Whey by using natural yoghurt and pouring off the liquid to save n a jar kept in the fridge with a tight lid as this is apparently cultured Whey that can act as a starter for a different kind of Whey liquid used to make the same quantity of Whey found in store bought Whey Powder.

This was way too cool for the morning.

You need headlights, or at least dimmers to get banned from the forums.

Did you ever notice how a human wrist can tilt the hand not just up and down, like most animal’s front paws, but also left and right? Give it a try with your pet dog or cat if you have one, the paw doesn’t tilt sideways. Human wrists have evolved to make us better at using clubs. That little flick of the wrist is enough to massively boost the power of a strike with a tool.

Did you ever notice how a human hand is very much linked to a lizard?

Back 250 million years ago when early mammals split between early reptiles.

Tree Monitors possess incredibly dexterous digits that they use like human hands.

That’s because the theory of evolution got it wrong. We didn’t come from chimps, we’re really Lizzid People.

Fun fact: the oldest ancestors of mammals are actually older than the oldest ancestors of dinosaurs.

Also the oldest ancestors of humans are older than those of chimpanzees.

Surely we’re all descended from the Stromatolites, so all of our ancestors are the same age?
