I find that burning fat is not needed if you eat healthy to begin with. :broccoli: However burning fat works better in the morning if you must do it, when your liver has little in glucose reserves. Otherwise it takes twice the work for the same result, especially if you do not avoid extra carbs at night.

Good tips, my taste buds are just god damn awful, I am able to maintain my shape just fine, but recently been doing almost nothing and going to Canada on vacation made me quite woke lol, they eat a looot of junk food there.

Yes, I am not a fan of Canadian food, they drown everything in mayonnaise it seems like. :nauseated_face:

I had cucumbers yestarday. Nothing like a fresh one, eaten raw. :ok_hand:

Also, I remember pyramids being build. :wink:
My secret is I keep my mind young by exercising it with games of all sorts and reading. Also daily dose of movement and relax.
