The US isn’t a democratic nation. It’s pure corporatism over there. Doesn’t really matter who they vote for, their politicians have all been bought long before they get to step their first foot into congress and absolutely nothing is going to change about that.

Bah, I hardly consider any of those 3 the saviors of the internet. Google is well Google, an enormous corporate spy entity, Reddit is just a bunch of different circlejerks under one domain and twitter is just cancer plain and simple.

I think it was more about users of those things in this meme, not corporations. Corporations will deal with it like they always do, by rising efficiency of the workers, pricing, bribery and deals where you have to accept that you could do nothing and company everything in case you fail to stick to the EULA.

I put so much thought and time into explaining on the idiot level why a blocking function is bad and does more harm than good and then Eshtir comes along and deletes it *sniff
And then people are asking me why I’m mostly trolling and not having a serious discussion for once. Not that that’s possible with most of the people posting here, but it would be nice to at least dream that it could be possible…

A question for the computer folk out there
Looking to get a steam game, could get FO4 or Oblivion + transistor…
Is FO4 worth getting if it would play like this? (except 1.3 to 1.5 times the frames)

It would be playable sure, why not.
Oblivion is well worth a play, but must be modded heavily imo. Shivering Isles is an amazing dlc, one of the best ever made. I would get whichever one whose IP you like best.

I would get Oblivion and its DLCs and mods. Because Fallout 4 is a very graphically demanding game and has every right to be so. There is even an official mod that improves the graphics on the other end of the spectrum. It’s minimum requirement is a Nvidia GTX 1080 though. So yes, I’d go with Oblivion.
