What is that site? I dont understand anything. There is a picture of a nyan cat made with green stuff. Cute.
Someone used 28.000 IP addresses and manipulated BGP (border gateway protocol) over months to draw that cat.
Heās doing announcements and withdraws of a bunch of /24s and a few other prefixes (including a few IPv6). The green bars are showing that a specific prefix was visible in the global routing table at a specific point in time (and the absence of green indicating it was not globally routed).
