97% full on that one seems to require attention, but doesn’t match the 14.5 GB of free space reported.
From the prior screen shot you can see it wants to install to Z:\home and Z: drive is a virtual drive made by Wine. You should be able to access the drive paths using;
winecfg
Then using the drives tab, you can redirect the paths of the virtual drives. For example; my Z: drive path is /media/sysop/Galaxy and I recently posted my newest setup of a Linux SSD here. I got a 240 GB SSD for less than 20 USD and decided to add it to my current desktop as another OS and gaming. I am not telling you or anyone else to buy new hardward, just how it can be reconfigured to avoid setup issues. Hope this helps.
