"There was an error writing a file to disk"

Hello.

An old Eve pilot looking to take advantage of the slow-down and return to space. Have installed the launcher successfully, but immediately I am faced with “There was an error writing a file to disk (see log for details).” No matter what option I select, I get the message again about 30secs later, and so far have been unable to install the game. I had a search for the same issue but nothing seems to be recent. Any ideas to help get me back on Eve would be appreciated.
