I wanted to see if I understood the mechanics of corp standings and these Epic Arcs.
The Angel arc has a Minmatar point of entry through an agent of RSS. Would the quickest way to gain access to this agent be to turbofarm Level 1 missions with RSS until the Corp standing is 3 or greater?
Ancillary to this, if I use Angel tags to buy Minmatar faction standing, will this speed up the process, and will my Angel standings be negatively impacted if I’m just buying tags off the market?

You can also get access through having 3.0 standing with Amarr Navy, if you wanted to make sure you didn’t destroy your Angel standing doing RSS missions. Not sure if RSS has distribution missions, but that’s another way to grind standing without destroying your Angel rep.
I wouldn’t waste isk on tags. Just grind lvl 1s and 2s until you get 3.0, it doesn’t take long. You’re starting an Epic Arc, do you need to hurry?

If your connections is at 5. The USIA can get you RSS standings quickly within a day

You can get to 3.0 standings in just over a day flying solo.
