Time until topic is automatically closed

Hello, 3 months without a post and a topic gets locked seem to little time in some cases but there are probably some who disagree.

You can ask for Customer Service to reopen a topic.

Either like what GEO suggested. I actually send a support ticket once to get one of my topics reopened.
