You have offered an opinion, but have not give any reasons why your opinion is the case.

I was talking about he simpel intelligence of having a second account o jump a gate, which if you read the gankers manual is what they say all players should do, except if you are of course hisec which tends to be one account. So they die. Refute that…

Multi-boxing in terms of a scout, that is all.

In Stain I found it painful to wait for people to log in, so had to do nothing.

Flying solo and using the maps etc. will not warn you of that Macherial on the gate at 0, if you think that is the case I have a bridge in the desert to sell you.

Now answer the question about jumping the gate…

Its a fact.
Sectors are not casual.
Players are (if they choose to be so)
Think before you respond to this again.

I gave the three options, which would still be the same even if yoy got a “free” Alpha.

What is there more to answer?
Did you bump your head recently?

So you refuse to answer that question, and head off in different directions, lmao…

Ive answered the question with the three options available.

They would still be the three options even with a “free” Alpha.

Did your IQ drop dramatically overnight?

My IQ was tested a number of years back before I was promoted to senior management level. I was rather happy with my results. I also retired early. My IQ is perfectly fine, which people can see from my killboard in this game, unlike yours…

The majority of the playerbase (myself included) run one account and do not have any problems. Also eve has always had the worst rl wage possible, so I don’t know why you’re trying to struggle to Plex your account in-game when you can just go flip burgers for 2 hours a month.

This is the first time I agree with salvos. Is the sky falling?

inb4 EVE is dead :scream:

Not at all, but all these solo players having scouts would cramp your bumping style a bit.

Set up a corp that offers cheap scouting services.

You can set up as many Alpha alts as you want and have them ready to login to all over HS when you get a contract.

You can even stick a cheap web on them.

I watched a 6 man pirate fleet that was 1 guy with 5 accounts + 1 guy running dps on his 1 account kill a 22 man fleet for around 40 kills

Wait…

Why am I getting dragged into this?

When i am not at war… i fly on my own. My alt is there to keep track of targets and look at fleet compo cloaked. He is useless as a combat buddy.

I understand what Drav is talking about I also understand Salvois talking about. If I refitted my alt to fly with me in corp as an ALPHA(He is Omega) to fly long range ecm. I have just increased my chances of winning an even large 1 vs many fight. If I keep him in his cloaky ship as a scout. He only adds intel and it also helps a lot.

In the end having a alpha alt for free would be used in anyway the OMEGA account deems fit. in large 2k fight the alt is useless because of doctrine and compositions. If you an alt for 2k fights most likely it willbe another cap pilot. In 10 man roaming fleet it can be devastating since because… ecm… they can get an ecm (or even RR) boat helping to lock down and troll their targets.

I would like to add…having a free alpha would serve me no purpose. I need him in his techII cloaky frigate.

Unless there are some ship changes that now allows Alpha to fly/move/warp around cloaked.

Some people will just never pay cash if they see a reasonable (to them) way of avoiding it. I make do with one account (and an Alpha I don’t know what to do with) and seldom play very much. I’m sure I could PLEX the Omega but I can pay for my sub with less than one hour of RL work so why?

Still, PLEXing several accounts should take some time investment. IMO it’s quite reasonable that someone who puts in more gaming hours than me will get more stuff.

LOL …loser. Fight your own fights dude.

I fight here solo all the time, dude.

Unlike some here, I dont have an army of alts, sycophants or an NS empire kissing my ass.

Not really. I would just cloak my bump Mach on the gate.

…right… Take a trip through Rancer and Crielere or jump through a gate where the other side is bubble camped…

Lol! Do you drink Evian? Cuz you are pretty damn naivE

Those are lowsec systems. There are no bubbles in lowsec. Maybe you mean HED-GP?

Edit: I will add that if you fly into a system that you know is camped or you hadn’t properly scouted yourself prior so that you can be in the right ship for the job, then you’re just going to lose most likely. Can’t complain about that.

I see what you did there…

I’ve been at this for about 9 years now, and multiboxing/alts kind of spoils the fun for me too. Well, better said, it makes me play less hardcore and more casually than otherwise. Things that could be truly solo (e.g. solo pvp) are never truly solo. Things that could be team-based (cynos, scouting for a freighter going through gank zone) are never really team-based. Because it’s common enough to use an alt for the grunt end of the job that more-experienced players wouldn’t expect to need a team to do it.

But then again, my thrill for the game has been a little less since the first day I learned about the old Goonswarm. “What, they have big numbers because they come in masses from some internet forum? But… but… but… My dream of working within the sandbox, working to form a clan of unified players from inside the game mechanics, then a tribe, then a nation, then an alliance. And then, an empire! All gone. They’re taking a shortcut from… meta. :disappointed::hatching_chick:

(Anyway, meta giant corps to alt accounts/multiboxing vs. one shard sandbox. See the connection?)
