The rapid-launchers all need a tune-up. They are currently too good of a choice to too many situations.
Torp Raven is one of better choices for POS bashes (assuming it can even get enough range to hit a POS), but outside of that and when not fit on Stealth Bombers, Torpedos aren’t very useful. RHMLs all the way.
