They deliver, the game is updated ( won’t debate on the pertinence of those updates ), the game is stable compared to what is available on the market and the issues are generally solved ( ok, patience have to be trained to V ). The game wouldn’t turn 17 if they had it all wrong.

When there’s a freak tornado/hurricane that is preventing all planes from taking off and they delay your flight for 5 hours, the airline company usually doesnt reimburse you for your lost time.

Indeed. Sure the ddos is not their fault and it think it’s worse for ccp than it is for us. But free sp is easy to give out, costs nothing and is generally well accepted.

Same here. If I buy time for a service, if they can’t deliver I would expect to get that lost time added back.
And it’s not like this is suddenly the first time this happens. This pops up every other week. And it will probably continue this way as the only consequence it has is put on the backs of the customer. They don’t really have an incentive to fix this.
