Typing anything in chat should get you connected to chat server… at least it works on my side

It’s very hit and miss. I was able to log 3 characters in, can access chat channels but the first time I accessed Jita market the client crashed. Logged back in and Jita market then worked - I was even market PvPed lol. Yet my corp mates are having issues.
I might just go and play Metro Exodus which I got cheap on Steam. The servers will be stable sooner rather than later I am sure.

GIVE ME MY PLEX it’s been 4 days since I bought 20 € via Steam and still nothing. I sent an email to Steam, two support tickets to CCP and an email. Steam tells me to see this with CCP but no response from CCP. Do I have to keep waiting or request a refund?
If EVE would have the player base like Blizzard’s WoW millions you can afford the serverparks Blizzards has over the world. Plus the fact Blizzards servers split into different realms and continents.
I still play WoW since beta time and WoW also had it share of DDoS attacks and whatnot.

Well said! A lot of us do not understand the issues of the 3rd of March. We all hear it is a DDoS attack. I now have a better understanding of DDoS, thanks to you. I am in full support of your requests, as a paying customer I agree the charges should be bought to the offending Corporation or individual and they should be severe.
Do you play via Steam created account?
This says it all i think. Probably Neustar is more cheaper than Arbor and it does the job like any other cheap service does it, mediocre.

I had an issue with it, because i created account on eve site. When i bought PLEX via Steam, there was no sighn of it. I needed to log into Steam created EVE account, create character there and there was my PLEX. Was just wondering.
So I have to create a new character to recover my plexes ??
You can try, but it has to be on steam account. On luncher in my case it’s called - STEAM::[some numbers]
I have an account with my nickname and another with actually Steam [some numbers] so I connect to the Steam account Steam[numbers] I create a new character and I get my plexes?
Probably yes. Things bought from steam are always for steam created accounts. If you have old character on account named STEAM::[some numbers], check it first, if not, create new character there.
