Well not much more you can do if you have already contacted support. Just wait for an answer then.
The biggest Problem is, that people without Knowledge can get a Server, set it to the Inet, and then they become Source of DDoS attacks.
there Server get hacked without they know it, and a lot of Server running without that there own know what they do.
And this people cry, why games or other service get in trouble with DDoS attacks or other.

I hate how people see any form of unpositive feedback and throw down the âcomplainerâ label.
obviously that person has been gifted everything their entire lives and have absolutely zero concept of the real world, in that sometimes not everything is 11000% perfect and exactly as ordered. That or this person is a junk level internet troll that has to post junk to feel valued.
To those who are constructive and are leaving feedback which can be of use keep it up, to those who post junk, well no point addressing them

More players have been able to successfully log back in, but we continue to work in the background and monitor the health of our services. Some players may still have trouble accessing the game, staying connected, or having their Omega status correctly recognized in-game.

I cannot login, says âMessage, An error has occuredâ. tried restarting launcher, tried multiple times. sometimes it works, but then hitting Add account to log in alts, just continues like this all day. its been happening since the last or second last downtime!. broken***
Looks to be different everywhere. Iâm in Sydney and can log in. Undocked and can fly around, but no one else showing online in chat.

But if an account is all right, another one got no chan working. Everything is blank.
