Mid-west USA, no game start

Alaska, connected via undersea cable to the internet. 4 accounts login no problem (4 on same box same time) Chats are all working with no lag.

Looks good for playing again when I have time, and when some of the TQs complete. Some of them are in just a few days to useful purposes. My hauler is almost there, needing mechanics 3 and cloaking 4. Indy will be a while yet. Bomber is ready to go collect bounties on Angel ships and Black Ops now within 79 days.

Some of you have been asking about ships losses and I would like to let you know that we will be issuing reimbursement for ship lost during high impact periods over the next few days. Please note that it may take some time for the reimbursements to be processed. If you lost a ship to these issues and havenā€™t received reimbursement after a few days, please file a Lost Ship reimbursement ticket and our Customer Support team will look into it for you.

Yesterday I encountered messed up overview. Fixed it manually, so now is all good but until manual fix some stuff wasnā€™t shown that should have been and opposite.

Well, we seem out of the woods for now, at least from my perspective, but I am also doing as you do, updating TQs and collecting prizes, and maybe answering a few questions in Rookie Help. Game Play is in some fuzzy future. I am a bit disturbed that cosmetic bugs are not getting more attention. New players run into them and donā€™t know what to do. But I do get the impression that Devs are feeling rushed, and that is not a good sign for any software project.

The loss of my ship is the fault of the Š”Š”Š . Š”Š”Š  cannot provide the server. Every month the server dies. Š”Š”Š  must make an automatic ship compensation system when a server fails. I do not have to wait many days for their decision. I need my ship now. I pay money for this game.

Still losing and regaining chat channels at a regular rate here in the UK but gameplay itself seems stable

Our faith that this is actually a DDoS attack has run pretty thin. At this point itā€™s more likley that CCP is having network issues that they are unable to fix. The handling of this has been pretty bad. You guys should know and report about issues before the playerbase.

one guy was testing chat. 8 in local but only 1 response (by me)ā€¦so very quiet ppl or still buggy
everything else seems okā€¦
all chars omega as should be
running Abyssal, so far so good

You are absolutely right. DDoS attack is the same fake as covid 19.

Indeed, the DDOS attack is actually caused by sentient 5G masts, as any fule knoā€¦

Thanks for your answer, which is even more informative than any answer i saw from CCP representatives so far on the matter. In fact, the game is disrupted the way it is now. Usually i would have no problem with that. There are other things to spend life time on than playing eve. But we should get properly reimbursed by CCP for the service (game time) we all have paid for but donā€™t get the opportunity to use properly since a few days.

To even tease us into undocking rigth now with a Skillpoint event is just ridiculous. Maybe thats the way to accomplish the ā€œnew scarcityā€ CCP has recently announcedā€¦

Yesterday i lost my Ship to an Attacker, He was not shown in Local, refoundable?

I have had multiple disconnections and black screens daily for more than 2 weeks. I have had no response since the first day of ā€¦ we will look into it. I have no playable characters now. This character is also stuck in black screen and after multiple tickets and trying everything I can find on forums and chats Iā€™m getting no where. I cannot remember being this dissatisfied with service of any game that I have ever played. And to me this is a shameā€¦ I truly enjoyed this game. No wonder so many people stop in the first 6 months.

what black screen ? CCP said they will remove the black undock screen :slight_smile: it is still there ?
