I feel like playing David Bowieās Space Oddity imagining where Iām ground control and my Eve toon is Major Tom and we are supposed to be connected but Iām desperately trying to communicate with her but sheās just floating in her tin can not knowing what to do and then everything goes black with a no comm status from the serversā¦

Dear CCP after you turn the game on itās head, now you guys are unable to āget it upā or ākeep it upā!!! Really, I understand incompetence but like this you rarely see!

O well . Just when I get day after day off from work and looking forward to playing Eve hours and hours everyday we get this hassle 
Im having connectivity problems and when I finally get logged in , the game lags badly .
Im trying to connect from Southern California . Time for a trip to the beach to get a sunburn .

Just got my ship reimbursed.
Give them some time, the GMs are not responsible for the ddos attacks.
Iām sure, they have a lot of work now.
Everybody, have some patience, even if it takes a bit longer than usual.
Thanks to all devs, GMs and the customer support for your hard work in the last few days. Iām sure that youāre the ones, who are the most stressed right now, but the least responsible for the ddos attacks.

hum. does this still continue? i got 3 disconnects while just sitting in space and editing my overview.
after trying to restart the client said the launcher blabla token verification failed and check your net connectivity. well i did, everything works fine ā¦ after about 5 minutes was i able to log back in ā¦ but then got the 2nd dc. same again 
the 3rd one wont let me back in so far since about 10 minutes.
that sounds like a you problem.
EVE RULE #1: NEVER UNDOCK IN WHAT YOU CANāT AFFORD TO REPLACE.
I think you meanā¦never undock what CCP cant afford to replaceā¦

That yet another fouled up CCP patch has left their system broken and the game virtually unplayable or that a DDoS attack that doesnāt register on ANY of the industryās normal monitoring websites is the REAL cause of the player bases woes?

how can a game patch then affect the forum and the account page from CCP? because whenever i disconnect from the game am i not able to access the account page (aka logging in cause it says it timed out) and same with the forum for several minutesā¦
weirdā¦ i dont think a game patch is capable of breaking the account page AND the forum.
Hi. Recived my lost Gila back, have no disconnects for almost 30 hours, met discobot, fed capybara and received the certificate. Things are really getting better here.

I still waiting to get back my 2 gila`s from this āeventā, but here is some good staffā¦ level 2 abyss site, 1 ship, 4096 damage in 2 s with 15 hits :). i want to get that ship

Lucid Deepwatcher do that in all the tiers of abyssal sites. I think itās just some random F you from CCP. Fortunately enough though if you donāt stop moving you donāt get hit like that as it only happens when stationary. From what iāve seen anyway.
?? lolā¦ his rate of fire is 5sā¦ and on picture he attack 15x in 2s ā¦ its obious this is just a big lag, it happens all that day and next day. i think around 30 lags and 5-10 disconnections, and also problems with loginsā¦ but thank you for answer
- and because he fire missile last thing you want is to stay in one place :), but he can shoot all day to make 4100 in 2s

It is 10:12 UTC, and I wanted to take the time and give you another update on the current situation.
The unfortunate reality is that the DDoS attacks are still ongoing. They differ in size, method used, intensity, and duration. We are monitoring the health of our services around the clock and working with partners in adjusting our mitigation methods. With our speedy response times, we are managing to keep the impact to a minimum. However, sudden disconnects, problems with accessing EVE, or other issues with in-game chat and Omega statuses can aggravate at times when the attacks get particularly nasty.
This sucks. We want you to play EVE without interruptions, undock with your mates and go on a roam, wind down after a long day at work, or just have fun doing the things you have planned. We have a bunch of cool stuff coming that our developers have been working on putting together and providing you with a quality service to enjoy it is our top priority.
Our teams will continue working behind the scenes on improving the overall situation and we will keep sharing regular updates on the matter here and via EVE_Status Twitter. Thank you for your fortitude and understanding. Stay safe!
