Each expansion brings change. But who is responsible for this change?
I am particularly curious about which dev wanted the BF reward to drop as items from an NPC and which dev decided what sort of items it should be. Was it the same person? Being specific is key
Going forward, it might be of interest to the community, if we are made aware which dev is responsible for each change in general.
