Triglavian audio message while hacking.... bug or feature?

I ran two Standard Sleeper Caches today. The first one went as usual. In the second one as I hacked every can I got a triglavian audio message overlay on top of the usual hacking sounds. It was the same message each time but often cutting in at a different spot, like it was on repeat and I’d pick it up when I started each hack.
