Trying to be a miner in null-sec is boring

Didja now. Cool.

Can you pop my Nestor and just pay twice the value of the ship and modules?

Weird how people are responding to imaginary things I’ve posted. Ah well. A new update is that I joined a corp that needed a miner, and it worked out well – 100m~ ISK an hour mining and actual fun while doing it. It’s strange how many losers litter the forums. Hell, I just got here after not using them for a week or two and was disappointed in the responses! Thankfully they’re irrelevant now, as is the OP.

Did you realized that many who responds to your thread are gankers.? Hope you will not meet them soon. specially the one up there named aiko.

Their responses give it away. It’s a shame they’re so obvious about it, otherwise I would’ve taken them seriously.

Just curious here. Do you give them the money and send the e-mail immediately, or do you wait a few days to let the sting of loss wear off. I find the latter method less likely to result in “salt & tears”.

@Xuxe_Xu that was one of the most memorable scenes in all of Babylon 5.

“I want to live just long enough to see it when they cut off your head and put it on a pike. I want to look up into your lifeless eyes and wave, just like this”

I usually send a letter as soon as I safely can once I’ve looted the wreck, scooped the corpse and popped the wreck. (Leave no trace). Usually the letter is along the lines of “Thank you for taking one of our wormhole lessons. Today you learned…” It’s a total rip off what others have done, but it’s a way for me to interact with other players.
Sometimes they are a bit salty, but ask noob questions so I’ll give them advice or send them a link to a good post on how to explore, and if they react kindly to that I may throw them enough to cover a new Heron. Sometimes more.
Other times I just get salt or excuses like “I was AFK” (Then why are you sitting on a wormhole to HS?) or I just get ignored. Either way I view what I do as a service.
