What items gives bonuses to manufacturing Accessories rigs? I’m looking bonuses to produce Components and can’t understand how to find it
The Standup L-Set Advanced Component Manufacturing Efficiency I (or M-Set Material Eff/Time Eff) provide bonuses to building T2 components.
Accessories are most likely these things of which you could only build the Outpost Improvements and Upgrades, which were discontinued in the last patch.

And how to find engineering complex which used this rigs Standup L-Set Advanced Component Manufacturing Efficiency I ??
Ship scanning Azbels or Raitarus. And I am not even joking. The bonuses of this rig are not shown in the tool tip when you hover over the Manufacturing icon in the industry window.
What does mean not shown?? It should be to show here
It should be but there is no list entry for components.
