As one of a few blind players in EVE i have unique issues and solutions for gameplay. However, i have heard many players talk about the need for UI magification. There is an option to scale up to 125% which is helpful. but going further to 150 or more would be nice
also, this zoom doesnt seem to stick once you log and must be reset each time you log in.
In a similar vein. being able to change the zoom on specific windows would help. UI winscale does this in other games, but not EVE.
Lastly, just being able to modify font size (and retaining the change) would be nice.
