I’m able to log in to the game. The character selection screen appears but some data is missing, like corp icon, portrait, skill queue, and ship.
Clicking on the character doesn’t give any result.
Managed to delete cache, performed network test - everything is ok. But nothing happens.
File a support ticket in order to get in line.
My first guess would have been to delete the cache. But since that didn’t work, I would use the free version of revo uninstaller to remove any trace of Eve before reinstalling.
Also, out of curiosity, have you noticed any other problems with other programs or windows?
