Uncovering RMT: AT Champions and PM Alliance Members' Direct Involvement

I’m Code Earth, CEO of We Love Cody. Originally, our corp was a small gang fleet formed by several PVP enthusiasts. After entering a 2-N wormhole, it joined the PM Alliance. Following a thorough investigation and evidence collection, I need to clarify the incidents of PM Alliance members and former members engaging in RMT and disrupting the game’s fair environment.

On December 1 2023, after winning the Alliance Tournament XIX, former alliance member Casimir Exusiai (main account Leon 7ovol, CEO of Redamancy Corporation in the FRT Alliance, secondary accounts Casimir Exusiai & Casimir Platinum & Thunder Pony) contacted Li to trade the AT cruisers (3 Cybele Ships) for real money. Casimir didn’t want the buyer to keep direct evidence of the RMT and wanted to conceal the transaction. So, he contacted his former company member and PM Alliance member Nan as an intermediary for the real - money transaction. Then Li and Casimir finished the AT cruiser trading via in game trade.

As a Chinese player who truly loves EVE and has invested lots of time and passion, I value the experiences with my teammates. I despise about any actions that ruin the game environment and violate the EULA. I want to preserve the PM Alliance and We Love Cody’s passion and purity for the game. I don’t want all Chinese players to be stereotyped as gold - farmers and RMT participants. As a PVP enthusiast, I don’t want the AT champion - reward ships to be used for dirty cash transactions. I don’t want every AT - reward ship obtained by Chinese players to be doubted regarding game fairness. Therefore, as the CEO of We Love Cody, I officially clarify this incident.

Im not saying they did, but are you not allowed to sell your stuff in EVE for real money?

no.. that is a bannable offense

No. I don’t think that is allowed.

I was shocked by this article. This is undoubtedly a major management failure and scandal for the FRT alliance.

Just frmt doing rmt stuff, nothing surprise😂

r u fuqqin trollin m8?

The buying, selling or auctioning (or any attempt at doing so) of characters, character attributes, items, currency, or objects, whether through online auctions, newsgroups, postings on message boards or any other means is prohibited by the EULA and a violation of CCP’s proprietary rights in the Game.”

Wait, what? RMT in Frat? Cannot believe THAT! Don’t say they ignore, allow or even promote Botting too!

If it hasn’t been already, this should be reported directly to CCP not through the forums. While the thought behind it is good and all it can also cause more harm than good. Accusations of RMT shouldn’t really be a discussion for the public, even with the evidence you provided (if it truly is evidence).

I realize you’re new and intuitively always seem to pick the wrong stance, so I’m not surprised by your question.

Indeed, you are not allowed to sell your items in EVE for real money.

It seems strange you are not allowed to sell your stuff for real money

Yeah, the thousands of chinese ISK farming kids that could have such nice jobs being imprisoned in some factories basement to grind anos 16hours a day to sell the ISK totally agree with you! Why in the world would anyone ban the trade of virtual ingame items for real world money? What could possibly go wrong?

um because its technically stolen property.. everything in EVE, even your character belongs to CCP..

This is not the first time you question something that is so obvious to most others.

Don’t do RMT, it gets you banned in most games.

As between you and CCP, CCP is the sole and exclusive owner of the Software, System, Game and Game Content (as defined below). The Software, System, Game and all Game Content are protected by law governing copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. CCP reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

You have no interest in the value of your time spent playing the Game, for example, by the building up of the experience level of your character and the items your character accumulates during your time playing the Game. Your Account, and all attributes of your Account, including all corporations, actions, groups, titles and characters, and all objects, currency and items acquired, developed or delivered by or to characters as a result of play through your Accounts, are the sole and exclusive property of CCP, including any and all copyrights and intellectual property rights in or to any and all of the same, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.

For a long time, the FRT alliance has been deeply involved in various RMT scandals, as well as scandals involving the inaction or even participation of the alliance’s leadership. CEO N was even banned for RMT activities. This article should undoubtedly prompt CCP to conduct a thorough investigation into RMT and botting within the FRT alliance

Are we doomed? AT champs rmt their reward and the amount is around 3k usd but no one got banned! If this article was never been posted, how long it could take us to find out!

I hope CCP looks into this report of RMT if they haven’t already.
