This is essentially the crux of the problem.
As others have already pointed out, there are many reasons the T2 variants are used less than a venture. In fact I’d surmise that MANY T2 variants of ships are used less than their T1 counterparts.
This fact does not indicate a “problem” with the ships that require fixes.
by “delete masking” do you mean remove the cloak bonuses?
so you have 2 lasers and +150% bonus to each that makes 5 unbonused lasers (cause 100%+150%). endurance already has a 300% bonus to its 1 laser which makes 1 laser 4 lasers. by changing it to your proposal we would basically get +1 unbonused laser+more fitting options (at the price of needing to use 2 laser slots instead of 1) now i kinda like that idea but it does reduce fitting flexibility.

so current state of opinion on current question:
Endurance - no buffs needed
Prospect - need a slight buff for gas
all opinions ( that are reasonable (see post 19 by MILINT ARC Trooper)) are welcomed
