Your hospitality and generosity is always appreciated.
Despite the understandable doubts and fears triggered by this operation, the Einherjar Foundation hopes not only that our projects as well as those of other participants of the Initiative will remain undisturbed, but also that the State will successfully restore order to the region.
In light of the current situation and with major changes looming on the horizon, we are firmly determined to assist law enforcement agencies in suppressing piracy and criminality within the region, with the Intaki Syndicate now squarely in our crosshairs.
For us, this is a good opportunity to seize in order to help make New Eden safer.
In recent weeks the Wellspring Systems Initiative has been approached by a number of Megacorp developers seeking soft agreements and limited resourcing, development, and trade contracts on particular tracts of planetary surfaces, orbital infrastructure, and orbital bands in MHC-R3, I-YGGI, and UTKS-5.
Representatives of Minedrill, Poksu Mineral Group, Expert Housing, CBD Corp and NOH backed Trade Firms, and a handful of Sukuuvestaa’s subsidiary real estate development firms have been in regular contact and visiting embassy sites at the Orbital Ring around Windflare(MHC-R3 VI) and Ring Frame around Lan-Korat(MHC-R3 III) for these negotiations. Our existing partnerships with Taayusaka Eskeitan, and Phoenix Naval Systems have made negotiations with the SuVee and CBD firms respectively much smoother.
Representatives of smaller asset protection subunits of LDPS, Osmon Surveillance, Kirkinen Risk Control, and Onikanabo Brigade have also offered security support overtures… however at this times these have been politely declined as our current Joint Security Taskforce agreements with Phoenix Naval Systems, Taayusaka Eskeitan, Arcology Security, the various Mercenary Clans of the Round Table Assembly, and others are considered to be quite adequate and in good standing.
Quickly I’d like to address a handful of things these last few months.
For one I’d like to congratulate the Caldari State on their successful campaign and the new Stargate connection which I’m sure will bring a great many economic opportunities for all in the area, the Systems Initiative and Megaprojects will continue as we have offering services and port to those interested therein and beyond.
There has also been some speculation over an uncharacteristic rise in disruptions in Network and Coordination infrastructure and moderate to severe accidents across the Systems Initiative and Projects the last few days. Some have made suppositions and accusations of sabotage from outside sources, the reality is more simple.
The Hyperdimensional Shift that has affected Upwell’s Ansiblex gate systems and C1 to C3 Anoikis systems has also affected many of the underlying systems the help to coordinate such massive development efforts in sort of delayed wave pattern, particularly the higher class Warminds and Civic Minds who rely on advanced hyperprocessors to help maintain the pace of expansion and key central coordinations.
These disruptions are already being dealt with and hardened against for the future and are not expected to have any more major disruptions for a few months to come yet.
Additionally, from Thursday, October 1st to Monday, October 5th, a number of small wargames will be being held in pre-prepped locations on MHC-R3 II(Karkoramar), MHC-R3 III(Lan-Korat), MHC-R3 IV(Ilinamia), MHC-R3 VI(Windflare), and I-YGGI IV. This will be an opportunity for some of the varied warclone clans and other approved paramilitaries to come and test some new command and coordination technologies as well as any equipment they wish to bring with them. Warclones from other independent mercenary houses are also welcome should they wish to attend, they will be given safe docking and escort like any other warclone group participating.
FYI, Avalon command will participate in the Warclone games.
If it’s not too late to register interest, I would like to participate in the wargames on behalf of the Morningstar Sequence. Though I bring only a few squads (of three. Some still prefer the vanguard’s covert doctrine), it would do them good to put their training to the test against the more established warclone clans, as well as Avalon’s vanguard.
I will say…participation or no participation, I’m sure they won’t forget MHC-R3 anytime soon.
@Tanran_Shardani They are welcome to participate yes. It must be said that outside of designated prepared live fire zones there movements will be tracked extensively, and that any civilian or mixed infrastructure outside those zones they wish to enter all weaponry and armor systems must be checked and cleared if being carried.
I hope this will be of minimal imposition, especially if they have secondary ‘vanity’ class blanks available for use outside of the live fire environment. We take safety seriously.
@Lauralite_Anne_Brezia
I am not one to argue against such a prudent imposition. Rest assured that they will be on their best behavior.
The wargames wound down on the 5th with little incident, though it seems that a serpentis dreadnought pilot thought it was a good idea to enter orbit near MHC-R3 III(Lan-Korat) outside of the main cordon envelope on the 4th, and some… let’s call them… industrious warclones with some limited capsuleer support to keep it tackled and in place, decided to use it’s surface and interior as an additional location for the wargames after detaining the bridge crew and forcing the rest’s capitulation.
While unplanned, we at the megaprojects consider this to be a net gain and were provided the combat telemetry by all parties involved and will be sharing the results with other participants of the wargames as agreed.
…also it seems that an MCC pilot undocked from the MHC-R3 VI(Windflare) Orbital Ring while significantly inebriated on the 6th, and had to have her vessel towed back into the Ring after an unspecified damage elsewhere in system. The pilot is currently recovering, and the warclones flying onboard were at worst only slightly singed and didn’t need new clonebodies from my understanding.
As the representative of the Morningstar Sequence, I extend my congratulations to all whom participated in the wargames. As agreed, our combat telemetry will be provided to the pool, the good, the bad and the embarrassing. For what it’s worth, I believe any warclone worth their salt ( especially Vanguard of almost all stripes) would do best to review Incident-A3I so they know what not to do when jumping out with inertia dampeners, be it from an MCC, frigate or dropship.
Incident-A3I
// OCTOBER 3RD //
This portion of combat telemetry shows a planetary deployment via frigate on MHC-RC III that goes wrong as 1/3 of M-SEQ warclones mis-timed activating their inertia dampeners. Fortunately, the warclones managed to get revived without the need of a reclone. Ensuing participation in wargames and extraction went without much issue.
Also, as part of remedying certain issues at the Windflare Orbital Ring, we promise to ensure that our cargo does not get mistaken for consumable products from here forward. We are not affiliated with Morning Starts Coffee Co and any assumed associations is best thought of as a coincidence.
