Locking has no effect on it’s behavior. It aggros based on other actions, like shooting it.

The OP states he did NOT shoot.

Yes, he likely has shoot the sleepers though, and has stated he killed other ones.

so, not agreeing with you make my opinion worthless ? i am sorry, glorius leader, forgiving me to not compling with your view

( sarcasm )

Not ever looking up information about different aspects of this game sounds like the way to go. It’s equivalent to jumping into a pool blind and not knowing whether it’s filled with beautiful guys (or girls if you like that type of thing) or sharks. I mean – you can play that way (I have) but then one can’t complain when something unexpected happens.

If you have worked your way up to flying a Marauder in this game (and not just injected yourself for it on your first day in the game), then at some point during your time in EVE you would have run into them and either by finding out what they are from a third party or by engaging with them personally you would have known what they are like. So, not an argument. You shouldn’t be ‘‘not looking up information’’ when you are flying a 2+ billion ship anyway.

Opinions are not equal. You’re opinion is obtuse and based on a need to argue rather than on what is considered good game design.

I’ve already explained why that is wrong. Go and read my earlier posts, I’m not wasting my time reexplaining for you.

You aren’t the arbiter of what is right or wrong. There are two different view points, one of recklessness which you support, and one of caution that others do.

Your viewpoint is stupid, that’s my point.

Reckless people should not be catered to, One needs to accept the consequences of their actions. If they don’t research something new, that is on them. They need to accept the consequences of that “yolo”.

Your explanations are inadequate and just lame whining. I don’t need you to ‘re-explain’ them.

It’s also not true that

I have had corp mates ask about them, I have seen people in English Help channel ask about them… You are the only one claiming nobody cares to do that.

I usually read up on stuff or I ask about stuff I have never come across in EVE, especially if I am thinking on engaging it. Especially if I am flying a ship I care about not losing. And sometimes I just wing it and don’t research anything and if I end up losing stuff I have to swallow it down and do better next time.

Basic common sense.

Those of us with this ‘stupid’ point have not lost ships to Drifter Doomsday, let alone a Marauder.

 This has certainly been interesting…

They always, always have deeply detestable attitudes too. They’re all Benny from The Mummy. Slimey, greasy, weasely, sneering little shitbags with no redeeming features whatsoever.
