Unidentified Wormhole Celestrial Beacons

I need more information from those of you that are finding these Unidentified Wormhole Celestial Beacons in High Sec.

The site has Sleeper Thermoelectric Converters, Sleeper Multiplex Forwarders, and Wormhole with those on either side. They are also spawning Apollo Tyrannos Battelship and one other battleship.

I have been seeing Triglavian ships on grid with them. They are not engaging each other. They do react to cloaked ships on grid like the Bloodraider FoBs.

Any information you can provide would be helpful.
