CCP don’t even S/MIME sign their emails, in fact we had an issue about this here Phishing emails lately?
Also they don’t allow us to register an OpenPGP public key so our account related emails are encrypted to our inbox (where we would hold the private key offline, thus mitigating our compromised email from compromising our other accounts registered to that email. Means nobody could read any reset emails. We could also then digitally sign our emails to CCP on account related issues, even if we had to use another email account, the digitally signed email would prove we control the private key).
You all a bunch of noobs, CCP wants everybody to consolidate emails so it’s easier to track the bots / cheaters. They can use AI to track the suspicious behavior reducing the amount data you idiots create making 300 alts with new emails. It’s way easier with you all moving your ■■■■ to one email, it’s not very secure tho.
Best to create a dedicated thread #technology-research:player-features-ideas . And share it widespread. Get people talking about your ideas Reddit, Twitch streamers, Discord servers. Get people talking about the ideas contributing thoughts to the threads. Share it with CSM members ask them to bring it up.
CCP Swift posted meeting notes from the CSM meetings recently. One of the months they discussed about Multi account benefits. So its definitely something on their radar.
