4 years ago, I closed the fundraising with a refund, because I was not sure. Those days are over and now I am sure that I will be able to build it with sufficient funding. In total, for the construction of the Palatine, I need from 30 to 50 trillion conditional claims. Of course, not immediately, and if some investor finally decides, then I can master a trillion a month, but this is all within the framework of the project.
