CODE perceives miners and freighters as vulnerable because both class of ships are vulnerable, thus bullying.
I doubt if any CODE member will ever be seen in Vanguard, because in playing Vanguard to establish ‘dominance’, CODE will have to divide its forces. And since multi-boxing accounts on Vanguard is impossible without using program manipulators, CODE will not be effective, at all in Vanguard.

Another question I have is for the serious FPS player.
Will there be environmental concerns such as wind, rain, excessive heat and cold, that will effect projectile based weapons when firing the weapon?
Or will Vanguard be an FPS where everything you aim at is a guaranteed hit?
Will there ECM devices that will effect laser based weapons to basically shred an incoming laser beam like a black hole would?

You’re not going to be playing it on an Iris Xe anyway. I was getting an average of 7 FPS at spawn with all settings on low and a Game Boy-sized resolution with a 2060, which can run big releases on medium/high settings at stable frame rates.
I don’t know why they’re doing this so early, it’s just going to give them a lot of negative PR. This isn’t even in an alpha state yet. It’s like a proof-of-concept tech demo at best.
From the files I have found on my laptop, I have an AMD64. Installed on 3/23 most recent update is 11/23. So what ever is running AMD64 is an active and running process.
What is the laptop model, the spec sheet on the website will tell you what GPU you’re using, but yeah if its the XE its not going to happen thats mostly for things like video decoding and maybe playing a few very light games
You can alternatively look in device manager under display adapters
