no, this is a way to get people to scan down wormholes and start using them, to populate wormholes, and to make it more profitable for people that already do scanning and hacking, without a ton of competition in that area, giving them a leg up on this kind of thing.
what also happened was that it meant more people will go forward with scanning and hacking, possibly allowing wormholers to have a change of pace, as well as givin gmore people a more secure area to play in if they want (the povchen areas) as well as islands amongst everything to go do crazy stuff in without having to deal with other people, however that does mean they have to deal with wormholers.
why does everyone have to be so negative about change?
when you do the same thing over and over again, it gets boring, plus, botters and botting programs are easier to write for the stuff that doesnt change more frequently, so are you saying you are one of the people that bots, or are you saying you want more botters?

anywho, this is a great thing actually, people like to be challenged and have excitement, this is that in spades, and it makes markets more profitable now, with more choices than just JITA to go to, so, now even though niarja was conquered, people were still going through there to go from amarr to jita, now they cant, so this means amarr and jita are two ends of the trade route, meaning some stuff will be more expensive in each area, while others will be lower. i think this is a great way to get stuff moved around the markets. honestly i do.
