I donât think anyone is saying people canât express their opinions on whatâs good and bad - he was just rightly criticising the tone on these forums. When we occasionally see a sober, rational comment it stands out like a beacon amidst the all-caps, abuse-filled rageposts about the bookmark bug (for which a hotfix has already been announced mere hours later) or grown adults crying and namecalling because their niche UI idea/issue hasnât been immediately picked up on and actioned. Or the rich vein of economic whinging from people who think âadaptationâ is just a funny movie.
I would like to ask people to have a bit more respect for the faceless recipients of their posts, and some self respect so as to not embarrass themselves as much in future, but then Iâd miss out on these hilarious tears. Anyway, Iâm sure none of them would listen.

Critique is always ready to rear itâs ugly head while ampathy for the efforts of others and understanding for their work is jealously guarded.
The Devs are working hard and the updates are proof of that.
I, for one, am not so ready to dismiss their efforts.

Ccp was bought by a korean company. For some reason, koreans like games to be all about grinding with little payout.
They fail to realize that when you take away resources, you make it hard to fund war. Nullsec is designed for war.
Thus, the koreans in charge are taking away the ability to pvp, slowly and specifically.
This game will turn into âSpace Farming Simulatorâ within the decade. Probably faster.
As someone that spends hundreds of dollars a month, and countless hours mining, even I see the problems on the horizon.
If players want a better option for the future, we need to band together and buy ccp back from pearl abyss.

This gave me visions of a small band of players standing at the gates of Mordor surrounded by a vast sea of (forum) Trolls with the brave Han Zealot at the front turning to the small band and calmly saying âFor the Devs âŚâ

If youâve felt disgruntled with CCP for that many years, Iâd say you are long overdue for a) getting over it and b) playing something else.
That you appear to have done neither speaks volumes.

Sorry bud, but they made rorquals useless. The war makes them further useless.
Almost everyone I know sold theirs over a year ago. I stopped building them because theyâre so hard to sell, especially now.

I look at the location of this âHome stationâ tab under character in the character sheet (in-between three tabs that have to do with implants, clones with implants and attributes) and the only thing that comes to mind is the sound feces do when they hit the water in the toiletâŚ

I spend a lot of money and have a lot of expensive stuff, but I am not ignorant. I control the market niches I engage in, and I successfully maintain high profit margins.
Everyone accepts what ccp does, or they quit playing. Thatâs how it works.
We can express our opinions, which are generally over shouted by negative nancies like you.
Youâve been playing 10 years? Cool, so youâre one of the reasons ccp doesnât engage on the forums or have very much, if any interaction with the community and game they produce.

I hope so, ive been getting weird hangs the last week or two since the last patch. session changes seem especially bad and dragging and dropping objects has seemed buggy as hell
Yeah , I pay with subscription , 6 month plan and Iâm entitled just like anyone else to speak my mind . The difference between me and others like you is that I can be reasonable when things like this happen , just as CCP is reasonable with players that get reimbursed for their own mistakes or on other issues that donât depend entirely on CCP.
You didnât even bother to follow the entire discussion I was having , you havenât understood anything from what Iâve said , otherwise you wouldnât have replied based on instincts and emotions and instead should have tried to use your brain .

Not in this game and not by this developer, I am afraid. Developers who canât even get the simplest of things right without screwing up all the time can impossibly show the âright wayâ. They can only show âtheir wayâ.
They engage much more frequently in the much more toxic reddit. Your argument is wholly inadequate. Not to mention that, on a personal level, I give lots of constructive feedback in every General Feedback and Known Issues topic. Itâs not my fault that CCP just keeps repeating the same mistakes over and over and over.
