I’ve seen the toxicity here, so I sort of understand. However, I’ve never heard anything good about reddit.

And we now have the Home Station tab in the Character sheet where we can see Current Home Station, we can change Home Station or Self-Destruct ( to be used sparingly lol ) with a neat, hard-to-miss ‘beware’ notice about loss of plugged implants upon self-destruct.

That was all in one window before they split it into 2 tabs, which creates more busy-work. 
Plus, as pointed out in the Issues topic, for some reason CCP also likes to expand the header of the char window, which prompts it to recalculate your total worth and freeze your client. The implant destruction warning has been there for at least a year, too, so nothing new. As pointed out above: You have been here for 7 days. Other people have been living with these “features” for many years.
Funny sidenote: I just wanted to death clone somewhere. When I clicked on the Clone Bay service in the past, it would open a window with the button. That made it simple and easy to do what I wanted to do.
Now it opens the Jump clone tab in the character window instead. Meaning, I have to click more things to do the same task. That’s certainly good development quality. 
I get why some people are desperately trying to appease to developers, but objectively bad feature quality is objectively bad. No amount of brownnosing will change that.

I’m pointing out that things were changed in a way that is not optimal. while they were in a more optimal way before. And I’m point at issues with this change because the used window tends to behave erratically and causes issues.
Ouch, that stings. 
How will I ever recover.
Eve is already a clickfest. when i count how many clicks i make somewhere, how much i have to prepare in advance to just play the damn game, every extra click is one too many. it’s just getting so annoying, especially when no one asked for it. Aren’t there any other more important tasks in the game?
These are clicks that offer no added value, so they are stupid clicks.

I was gonna give you a pass on this patch for this weird (not to say dumbass) “new” fleet finder feature in the “Most Hated Window in All of EVE Online ™”.
But now I find out there’s no way to opt out of this stupid old/new jump animation, which hogs twice as much ressources as the old one used to, threatening to crash my accounts if several of them happen to jump at once, while the glaring issues of cloak timers starting way before the actual transition happened are still there ?
Yeah. No deal. This sucks.

You guys need to update your resumes before the vaccine hits, EVE goes empty, and everyone realizes what a failure you have been.
And lo, so it came to pass that the great wheel of the Eve Online forums rolled once again into the Second Age of Reeeee.
In the beginning times was the First Age of Reeeee (known as the Pre-Reeeee to some), where for two weeks the strange denizens of the Fora did Reee endlessly about the lack of an Update.
Now comes the Second Age of Reeee - The Great Reeeee - where those same creatures carry on the Reeeee that the Update did not meet with their wildly differing, entirely self-centred and largely un-defined specifications.
Soon it will be time for The Third Reeeee, where the threats of unsubscriptions will fly thick and fast, and new entrants to this odd world will appear with tales of woe and how their game is now ‘literally unplayable’, and the Great Devs in the Sky shall roll back the Update, and the Wheel shall turn once more and bring the cycle anew, once again, forever and eternal in its revolutions.

new animations are cool, work much better than they did before. Hope they get tweaked to improve them.
doubt I’ll use the fleet finder thing, but hopefully good for NPE - even with piratical types corrupting it (or especially because of!)
keen to see the other new toys coming in the rest of the quadrant.
in general, nothing much has changed so will not be clutching my pearls just yet. fix to chat disconnects would be great though!

I hope there is option to disable the new jumping effect, it’s super annoying, I had no idea it’s coming to live server from singularity. Or just get rid of it completely.

no, its about taking simple thinigs and making them more tedious for no apparent reason. As for me , personally, i am blind in real life. anything that requires new mouse movements, tabs, and extra layers of effort is undesirable unless it serves some larger purpose. i find no value added by this change and already see lag as the character page loads. . if you were asked to open the passenger door and slide over to the driver seat in your car instead of just opening the driver door and sitting behind the wheel. would that be okay with you because it is only a few more movements?

I was going to make fun of how stupid the fleet formations were going to be. Then I logged in and saw the new bookmark icon. This is actually a problem 
I was also going to ask for docking and undocking animations, but in a snide, sarcastic manner.
