One can rename MTUs as well. If you don’t ban them too, they become the new Mobile Depots.

A depot decays after thirty days, an MTU after just two days. Not sure anyone would be daft enough to use MTUs for advertising for that reason alone. It is also a lot more expensive.
Why cant I spin my Toon Portrait!? I feel that IF I have to stare at this instead of a working UI, I should be able to Toon Spin… and I want a counter.
New skill sheet require far to much space.
Can only be used safely while cloaked or docked because it covers everything ( ship / overview /scanners ) when large enough to use comfortable.
Old skill sheet was much superior , this is a step back , Eve is a windows game not a tablet game.

There’s also no reinforcement timer on an MTU. They’re easily destroyed if they become troublesome.

This is worse. That means the huge fleets that mine out all 3 belts in local in 20mins now will have a 6 hour respawn timer instead of a 4… making ice more rare. I was hoping this meant that at least 1 belt would be up at all times… sigh

Given belts were only spawning once a week or so in many places, I don’t think it’s going to reduce ice availability over recent times…
This is really cool. And the usability is perfect. As much information as possible without the need for endless scrolling. I like!
You don’t miss knowing how much you’ve trained a skill, or how long it will take to train to the next level, or knowing the cost of a skill (if you try find the cost, it automatically buys it from the game, not the player market, where on some skills you can save literally tens of millions of isk…)?
It would make more sense to me to have the minimum 1 and others on a rotating timer, or have them all on rotate. I guess in my instance, the 6 hour timer is going to cause a reduction due to the amount of time for respawns Was hoping this meant that a minimum of 1 belt would be present at all times.
The whole-screen Skills screen is a retrograde step - more space, less info and no longer something I can manipulate in the midst of other activities. Please consider reversing this.
Очень неудобное окно навыков. Сделано не в общем стиле евы. Группы навыков нельзя свернуть в иконки. Нельзя убрать, переместить иконку окна навыков с неоком. Можно вернуть старую версию окна навыков. Она была удобная, компактная и выполняла своё предназначение на все 100%.
As I read it, what this means is that any system with only one belt will have it spawn, then once cleared it will re-spawn 6 hours later (or after downtime).
If a system has two or more belts, they’ll each act like a single belt independent of the other/s in that system.
Yes, this means less ice than we had before scarcity was introduced, because there’s a 2-hour longer gap on respawns after an ice field is cleared. But that’s a LOT better than what we’ve had for the last few months, with many systems only spawning once a week (if that, and certainly not on a reliable cadence).
There was a LOT of ice being simply mined and hoarded before scarcity was introduced, I think this is CCP’s attempt to balance things a bit better. Given some of the other crap in this patch, I think this change is, on balance, pretty OK.

It’s not ready for prime time.
It took something that was pretty simple and elegant and made it unusable.
I get to play on a 17" laptop.
If this new skills screen is where the devs are taking the UI, I may as well stop playing now.
Floating the dialog won’t even fit the screen.
You’ve made it 20x harder to use and figure out.
Had that been the screen when I had first started I would have asked myself what is this crap and walked. I’m not trying to be a hateful troll. It’s my true reaction.
Please at least give the option to use the old dialog.
