show us a T1 dread, navy stuff has always been off no matter the hull
cool, really simple. just donāt play the game. brilliant idea!
Nobody said that. If ādoing your tripā is the only thing you consider āplaying the gameā then I pity you for your uncreativity. How about instead of feeding your wallet, actually do something to help your group?
Collect intel about the attackers, link their chars, check how much ppl they usually bring. Check for cyno escalations and fittings they use. Make some good warpins on grid if they use longrange kiters/snipers. Ping at your allianceās discord or intel for people to come online.
Undock an Arazu/Proteus drop Combat probes and warp onto their grid, cloaking up while they can see it, theāll have to expect a cyno drop now anytime and donāt know if you are bluffing or not. Use a sniper to harass them, just be on the move all the time so they canāt catch you.
Nullsec means you have to provide the security there. Do it or accept the fact that you may be better off in HighSec.
soo u choose to stay in WH its your chose and the mechanics in there , u are no paying for SOV upgrades
Oh I would love to invest in System Upgrades, CCP chose not to implement them for WHs. I donāt live in sov-null because the players there are⦠not to my liking. Either egomaniac leaders that want to have total control, tax the **** out of their members and setting a list of rules what you can do and and canāt do and what you have to do and how often and what you have to fly and what you canāt fly. Or entitled lowskillers/multiboxers who really believe they should get spoon-fed the billions without much risk. Bah.
That doesnāt mean I find it mechanically hard to live there. I mean, if you take a look how extraordinary low-skilled most nullers are when it comes to combat (aside from doing an F1 drone job in a huge fleet), holy moly life there canāt be difficult if these people are still able to make money.
why would someone on a PC want a scrollbar? that would be so weird! NOT!
its the streamlined ui from fabulous ccp boys. great people. i love them.its fantastic.
The pinning of asset locations is pretty neat. I think it would help if they were visually separated from the rest of the locations, however. A narrow, horizontal separator would easily differentiate between pinned locations and normal locations. I also kind of feel like that the pin icon would be better situated on the left of the row where you start reading instead of on the far end of the row on the right side. The same principle was applied to the recent introduction of drone state icons already.

Regarding the Jump Bridge & related Interdiction changes:
i do not know if it was intended to be this way but now the jump bridges get camped by cloaky dictors and t3c. The JB will initially be clear from any sort of bubble and as soon as your ship is about to land a dictor or two de cloaks and launches a bubble. Now the ship cant jump even if its a ceptor. it should be like this that any ship that has warped to jb before the dictor bubble was launched should be able to jump. this way it doesnt make cloaky camping overpowered and gives users a chance otherwise its 0% chance and you have to call a fleet to clear it or guard it while cloaky camper group can just wait it out in a cloak while drinking cofee or watching a movie on netflix.
Itās intended to defend your space and give options for others to harass you. Conflict is good.
Exactly that is what you should do.
Have bookmarks around your Ansiblex, never warp directly to it if hostiles are in local. If so, collect intel by checking their killboard, warn others and call for assistance to get rid of them.
You know, two can play this game, bubble the Ansiblex yourself, bring some tackle, now their cloaky dictors are trapped. Decloak them with some fast ships and a droneball, kill them. The T3C will bail once they canāt camp any more and if not, place a fast locking HIC or Recon right next to the Ansiblex, should they try anything: tackle, cyno, kill.
The T3C would love for you to bring some meager defenses and recons. The ones I fly with eat those for breakfast, chew them like bubble gum and spit them out once well maimed.
Bookmarking or warping from safe allignment spot does not matter. Cloaky dictors can move away in cloak easily, such fleets usually keep scouts 1j out in each neighbouring system. They simply chicken out to safety via threat detection via scout. From scout they analyze the threat that a fleet is coming they simply chicken out and wait for long periods in cloaks without any problem. The DPS t3c also are long range fitted so they can also chicken out. Its basically hit and run for them so its comfortable for them. mobile observatory can be used to decloak them but some systems are too damn large even combat probing such systems will require a dedictated fleet. Alliance fleets dont have all day to keep one fleet on standby for one jb.
It should be equally challenging to both sides. Some penalties can also be introduced such as preventing warp if attacking near JB for 60 seconds.. then its game lets fight.
They employ hit and run tactics> use long range dps> use all types of ewar> and wont fight a fleet. > will keep scout in neighbouring system > Fleet detected > Chicken out.
Equal risk for both sides is fair. If some penalties are given for attacking near JB such as warp penatly for 60s even then its game.
I had fought some t3c lokis like these with marauder sometime ago and as soon as they started getting killed they brought in a cyno and dropped a dread. That does not discourage me for pvp but might discourage others. One side having too much advantage is like meh.
Ever heard of bombers to tackle them? I know that goons were pretty good at this in the past years. You donāt need clutches like warp penalties on jump gates to make T3C snipers uncomfortable. Clutches like these are just for people who donāt like unfavorable PVP encounters.
Whatās going on with the server? First a late startup, then normal service and then suddenly disconnect and now itās dead again? Is the new tech stack causing issues again? Such a reliable and resilient piece of technology.
Iām pretty sure the Frostpacker entity is somehow responsible.
