Version 23.01 - Legion - General Feedback

The nerf to exploration really explains the bottoming out of the ENS market over the last few weeks.

Gate gun mechanics in corruption 5 lowsec is bugged, and has been since Havoc, and is regularly causing NPC player kills that GMs refuse to reimburse

Bug in action: https://youtu.be/7I2Xjq1WJMY

Basically, they behave correctly until a ship with a criminal timer cloaks and then decloaks on grid with the sentry guns. Then the guns go active and kill anyone with a criminal timer

EBR-42341 (from the client who cloaked with an active criminal timer, and then decloaked triggering the bug)

EBR-42342 (from the client who wasn’t evr cloaky but got gate gun aggros after the cloaky ship trigged the bug and then left grid)

Ha, is this a bug or a feature ? =D

Sentries should always shoot criminals on sight. They are basically placed there for exactly doing that.

Not in corruption 5 lowsec systems. It’s an explicit documented effect of the corruption mechanics that sentry guns will ignore suspect and criminal timers, and they do unless you cloak and uncloak. It’s 100% a bug

where feedback Value Over FOMO: Omega, You, and Store Clean Up
Many players have openly shared that they dislike the feeling of being forced into playing the waiting game to access consistent progression or convenience, and we agree.
so why dont open the next discount time or price
so why allow some people buy bigger plex pack together

no hs moon mine, we need time to check if ccp will allow this production——its a lot money and time to ready for that
now pyerite will not enough three times

You do realize that by reducing the price of pyerite, you are reducing the incentive to manually mine R4 moons as pyerite is the only thing keeping the value of R4 moons in a bracket where it is worth manually mining. This in turn will reduce the availability of pyerite, offsetting any gains you are making through upping the reprocessing rate of other ores. Get the price of R4 goo back to a point where it is worth manually mining R4 moons for the goo and pyerite will become a natural “overflow” material.

I read you are doing Pyerite Balance

Patch Notes - Version 23.01 | EVE Online

And you are giving medium Mordunium Deposits to 0.5 systems.

Why are we giving 0.5 systems better ore sites than LS? For that matter, Empire boarder Rocks are also given to 05 systems, NS and… LS gets left out again. If you want to give good stuff to HS where most of the players are that’s fine, but when you give it to K-space but not LS, it mkaes me sad.

Low sec has those sites too…and still has the best rocks outside of Pochven.

J-space moons producing pyerite would be pretty cool.

They do…

I mean I think they do…

but I have a better idea.

Buff moons overall. So have them for every 1,000 m3 of moon rock they made, they get 3,000 mm of a sampling of asteroids.

HS Veldspar and Pyroxes
LS Kernite, Jaspet, Pyroxes, Omber
NS Geniss, Arkanor, Bistort, Kernite, Ytirium
J-Space Kernite, Pyroxes, Bistrot

With the regular stuff split in 75/15/9/11 of regular, +5%, +10%, and +15%

Or just change nothing, I mean they already produce pyrite. And why J-space only, it’s a lot safer in a hole than a place where someone can come in without probes.

Actually, scrap the new anomalies in HS. You’ll crash the price of Bistot and Pyroxeres, so please don’t keep them.

Huh…?

Wow, I just logged in and my ship had its drones moved to the cargo hold since the last login. Now I am overloaded and can’t warp. Great.

But you can see your ship. My ship disappears after jumping a gate.

I think they should make it so that overloaded ships can warp around until they dock because of edge cases like this. If they’re doing it properly, you can’t intentionally overload your ship anyways.

Why can armor logists have the Remote Repair Augmentor rig, but shield logists don’t have the Remote Shield Augmentor rig, which to reduce the capacitor need for a ship’s remote shield boost modules at the expense of max velocity?

Finally, it arrived. For all it matters, it could be 10 jumps so that it does not appear too trivial, but collecting this FOMO stuff finally feels less of a chore again.

Now I would really like to see a usage data analysis of the time before the reduction to 4 from 8 activities, and an analysis of the usage with 5 tasks.
