The way I understand EVE Online and the usual rant it goes like this.
CCP reserves the right to screw anything up, it’s their game and their servers.
We have the right to complain and receive what we paid for.
Saying to not open a ticket is a tentative to masquerade a major ■■■■ up, I opened a ticker way before they decided to speak up, it’s the only right I have around here, the other right is to go ■■■■ myself.
You guys are being fools to take that at face value. Honestly.
As a programmer, I’m not even gonna comment. I had my share of transactions on production code to fix ■■■■ ups, SQL is the barrier that separates man from children. Take that as you will.
Now that downtime has passed, can you please confirm if this statement is still true?
People who clicked “Claim” on the popup window when quiting the game, yesterday, STILL did NOT received the rewards in the redeem queue.
Are you working on some script, as some random dude suggest, to fix it automatically?

Well, after DT the claim button worked. I successfully claimed yesterdays reward. And the “days remaining” count now is the same as yesterday, “3 days left”. It seems that we will receive our accelerators, but one day later.
Yes, they’ve added extra day so you can claim missed day reward.
Those of us who used the DLI method to claim yesterday’s rewards has not been given. As in the rewards where claimed and the track moved forward but not receiving the items in Redeem Items.
That is the case on 2 of my accounts.
I wonder if the election campaign will also last 1 day more?

It literally says in the Patch Notes, that it’s been extended by one day.
Fixed an issue that prevented the Gallente Election Daily Login Reward from being claimed. To compensate affected players, the subsequent reward has been upgraded and the login campaign has been extended by one day.
Does not answer the two specific questions I have posed…
Well, I was able to claim Event Log-in rewards on all 5 of my accounts…
According to the Launcher Event Log-in reward, there’s 3 days left to the event, which includes today… I have 2 more days of Event Log-in rewards to collect…
So it seems everything is now working again…
The simple claiming function works, but if yesterday you tried to be clever and use the claim-on-quitting pop-up, then the items have been lost. And my point is that the cerebral accelerators are all set to expire on 23 April, so one now has one less day to use the one that is the Omega reward on the final day.
They have not covered themselves in glory… quelle surprise.

I guess if you Omega expired on the 15th you still have to make a ticket.

Sometimes you gotta drop the excess to compensate. I’m not sure about your current situation since I got myself out of that deadlock, but aren’t you guys 1 day behind now? Like if you didn’t log yesterday?
I promise I’ll tell you how good the accelerator is as soon as I log tomorrow, no worries.
Oh dear lord, try reading what has been written. Some of us were able to claim yesterday, by clicking on the claim-as-you-quit button. Problem is that yesterday’s reward, now marked as claimed, did not appear in the redemption queue.
Secondly, the final day’s Omega reward is an accelerator crate. All of the event accelerators expire on 23 April. Yes, they extended the time period for the DLI track. But if that accelerator crate is now being claimed a day later after yesterday’s fiasco, that means it is one day closer to the expiry deadline.
Sorry, but no one could accuse you of being smart on this.
Did you consider I asked the people that not claimed thru quit button?
