Is it implicit? I’ve never heard of the two words used together to refer to someone until now. Didn’t you mean ‘profiteering’ landlords? Just curious. i know some charge exorbitant rent, and that’s probably what you meant. But that is not the same as to say ‘parasitic’.
Parasite is an organism who lives off of another organism, depriving them of some vital source of food/energy and/or causing a deterioration in the health/viability of the host in the process. Known example: pests on a houseplant.
I would argue there are more parasitic tenants than landlords. ‘Parasitic landlord’ seems like an oxymoron to me.
Be that as it may. Such teenagers are out there. Haggling for discounts, expecting freebies, complaining about products to get a refund (not because there is anything wrong with a product). They’re all over the place, just look around. They don’t want to pay for anything these days, and think they should get free stuff just by virtue of showing up and doing nothing.
I suspect you’re simply trolling, and since this sub-thread is about to get nuked I’ll make one observation.
When I was a teenager, I went to university for free, also receiving a standard maintenance grant. My partner and I lived in low-cost housing provided by Lewisham council. I could listen to the Halle orchestra for 30p at Crystal Palace Park and my public transport costs were heavily subsidized by the GLC.

I don’t troll. But it’s obvious you have no idea what I’m talking about. You obviously haven’t come into contact with 14-19-year-olds today. I don’t mean ones from 10-20 years ago. And I have no problem with university students getting scholarship or support money to be able to pay for transit/living cost while they’re studying. Just the fact that you inject these examples shows you have no clue what teenagers are up to these days. So, I might as well be explaining electricity to ants.
I have no interest in further conversing on this, as it’s way off topic. I’ve said all I’ve had to say. If you didn’t understand it by now, you never will.
