You obviously don’t hang out there very much then. There is trolling in the rookie channels, and all help channels, but that comes as part and parcel of it. Hence why CCP have a block command. However, there are a few of us, myself and Mike Azariah and Phoebe Obray amongst others, that try out best to not get caught up in that and provide help.
Because of the way you can create alpha accounts on a whim, you’re never going to solve the issue with barring experienced players.
ISD isn’t the answer either as they are volenteers and do not work on a fixed schedule. This is especially prevalent in the non-English speaking help channels
