I voted for ‘Ship Class Names’ because it doesn’t specify they need to be ingame ship classes, leaving the vote open to any number of exciting nautical vessels.
And I think Apocalypse is a good name for a meeting room.

Solar System Names.
They are a Good few ones:
-> Polaris. The unreachable system that lots of people wonder to visit someday.
-> Utopia (Curse Region).
-> R1KE-A (Jove Empire). The IKEA meeting room.
-> P3EN-E (Vale of the Silent). That would be hilarious (Joke if you understand Spanish)

Maybe “ship class names” will be creative catalyst for new ship classes. Not to say that there aren’t already great ones 
Is there a room with an abundance of windows? The window ‘Pain’ room, an excellent space for Game Masters to operate with transparency on difficult support tickets.

I plumped for region names both because I think they’re awesome and distinct (where ship names have too many RL links for me) and they have great descriptions which would also be nice to have on plaques on the wall of the room. Cool idea 
Edit: if we have dedicated 1:1 rooms in the new place we must buck the rule and call one of them The Sun.

I picked constellation names since they represent a group of systems, and meeting rooms are primarily used to facilitate meetings with a group of people.
FWIW, I think you’re missing a great opportunity though. As EVE is set in space, you could choose to name the rooms after great astronomers and astrophysicists of history. Who wouldn’t want to meet in Copernicus or Galileo?

I’m not sure why you didn’t go w/ “Faction Names” - but Constellation definitely - otherwise to many Solar Systems, or Ship Names get left out - also don’t think there are enough “region” names to cover 25 + rooms. Cheers enjoy the new digs.

Definitely a blackout room. In honor of the update, which most resonated and set many players against the company’s management.
It should be fun using named system, with system like Sassecho for a meeting room where you need to decide what ship, or system you need to nerf (in french it means “it’s hot”) or Hier (in french it means yesterday)
I have chosen ship names and hereby propose >Omen<.
The ship was for me (as a player/ not with this char) the first defeat in PvE. I had relied on the information from others who, like me, had no idea at the beginning of their career in EvE.
For me, an omen is not a negative thing, but a premonition, from time to time everyone should trust their feelings.
As a member of Team Teamy McTeamface I am glad it’s been ruled out. Could definitely get into the idea of meeting in the “Sir David Attenborough” meeting room though!

Solar System Names.
There is a personal reason for that. One of my best experiences in life was working in IT section for the CSIC. And there were a lot of servers and guess what names have those servers? Solar System Names. It was so cool.
